Do I have to pre-register online, or can I register when I arrive at the event?

All guests must reserve their tickets prior to the event. Invitations to purchase are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I get an offer code?

A Unique offer code was distributed electronically through special invitations and is required to complete the event registration.

How much is my ticket?

$7,000 per ticket. One ticket per person required.

What is included with my tickets?

You will receive event entry for one guest per ticket with access to the Cadillac Hospitality suite on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event.

Is there a deadline to reserve tickets?

Please submit your registration by August 7, 2026.

Is there a cancellation policy?

If you are no longer able to attend, please reach out by clicking CONTACT US.Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-redeemable for cash.

Will Cadillac pay for any of my travel costs?

Unfortunately, no. You will be responsible for your hotel and flights to and from the event.
When will I receive information about booking a hotel?

For guests traveling to Austin, it's recommended to book your airfare as soon as possible. As a reminder, Cadillac will contact you on or before 9/9 to provide you details on the hotel room block and how to book your rooms.
